The family of a woman found dead at a property in Anglesey have said she was "cruelly taken" from them.
A murder investigation has been launched after Buddug Jones' body was found in Holyhead on Friday.
A person previously arrested has been released as inquiries continue, North Wales Police said.
Her family said in a statement the 48-year-old was the "best mum, grandmother and sister anyone could ask for".
They added: "She always had a smile on her face and was always caring, loving and willing to help anyone especially her family who she cherished.
"She has been cruelly taken from us far too early and her sons, her grandchildren and brothers and sisters will all miss her every single day.
"We can honestly say that our lives without her will never be the same again."
Her death at the property in Maes Gwelfor, Rhydwyn, is now being treated as murder, the force confirmed.
Det Ch Supt Gareth Evans said: "We believe this to be an isolated incident and there is no ongoing threat to the wider community".
He urged anyone who may have dashcam footage of the north-west of the island taken between the early hours and early afternoon of Friday, 22 April, to contact the police.
