Gwynedd: Man dies after A494 two-vehicle crash

A 43-year-old man has died after a two-vehicle crash in Gwynedd.

North Wales Police said the incident, involving a silver Seat Leon and a red BMW motorcycle, happened on the A494 near Llanuwchllyn at about 14:45 BST on Saturday.

It follows another crash on the same road about 27 miles (43km) away where four people were taken to hospital.

Police are investigating the cause of both crashes.
