Rhyl care home residents evacuated after fire
Eight residents from a care home have been evacuated to hospital as a precaution after a fire.
The blaze happened at a 52-bedroom home, including dementia patients, at Dyserth Road, Rhyl, Denbighshire.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service was called out on Saturday at about 15:00 BST, with the fire out by 17:40.
The eight residents were taken to nearby Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, Bodelwyddan, with no reports of anyone being injured in the blaze.
