Caerphilly: Man held on suspicion of attempted murder after crash
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and dangerous driving after a car crashed into a tree.
Two people were taken to hospital after the crash on Mountain Road, Caerphilly, on Wednesday around 9:50 BST, Gwent Police said.
A 27-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman, both from the Caerphilly area, were treated in hospital.
The force said the man was arrested and remained in police custody as enquires continued.
