Conwy head teacher Neil Foden denies child sex abuse charges
A head teacher accused of child sex abuse has denied 21 charges.
Neil Foden, 66, from Old Colwyn, Conwy, pleaded not guilty to all charges, involving five children and one adult, at Mold Crown Court.
Allegations involving children date from January 2019 to September 2023 and include three counts of sexual activity with a child.
Mr Foden - who has been suspended from his role - also denies sexually assaulting a woman in November 2022.
He remains in custody and appeared in court on Friday by video link, replying "not guilty" as each of the charges against him was read out in detail.
They include sexual activity with a child, sexually assaulting a child under 13 and possessing indecent photos and videos of a child.
Fifteen of the charges relate to one alleged victim who was under 16.
He is also charged with sexual communication with a child and grooming one of his alleged victims.
His trial is expected to start in April and last up to three weeks.
