Flasher charged after exposing himself to schoolgirls

A man has been charged with flashing at schoolgirls in Gwynedd, police have said.
Appeals had been made after the incidents in Bangor.
The 24-year-old was arrested and charged with three offences after exposing himself, North Wales Police said.
He will appear in court on Monday
