Hello from Liverpool, where Labour are holding their annual conference.
So far it's been dominated by one policy announcement - Ed Miliband's suggestion that a future Labour government could cap tuition fees at English universities at 拢6,000 a year, instead of the 拢9,000 maximum colleges will be able to charge from next year.
