Hundreds join Midsummer Skinny Dip at Rhossili on Gower

Organisers of a mass skinny dip on a Gower beach are hopeful they have set a new world record after hundreds of naked swimmers took to the sea.
Almost 400 people took part in the Midsummer Skinny Dip at Rhossili.
They wanted to break the current record of 250 and were raising raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care and the National Trust.
At 0700 BST they all rushed into the water. To break the record everyone had to be in the sea for 10 minutes.
It was organised by online publishing editor Alison Powell, originally from Blackwood, in Caerphilly county, who now lives in Bristol.
She said the early start was aimed at discouraging "rubber-neckers" and in case people objected to seeing lots of naked bodies on the beach.
