Fatal Boncath tractor accident victim named as Ryan Lewis

A man who died following an accident involving a tractor and trailer on a Pembrokeshire farm has been named.

Ryan David Lewis, 61, suffered multiple injuries and died in hospital after Tuesday's incident at Lancych in Boncath.

The Health and Safety Executive has been informed and Mr Lewis' family is being supported by a police officer.

Dyfed-Powys Police said an inquest into the death has been opened and adjourned.
