India building collapse in Maharashtra kills 13 workers
At least 13 people have been killed after a part of a building collapsed in the western Indian state of Maharashtra, police say.
The incident happened at a four-storey college building which was under construction in the Wagholi area on Tuesday.
One person trapped in the debris was pulled out by rescue workers.
Poor construction material and practices are often blamed for many of the building collapses in India.
The dead were all construction workers, mostly from outside the state.
In September, at least six people were killed after a building collapsed in Pune city in Maharashtra.
