Injured Manx marine is recovering at home in Douglas

A royal marine from the Isle of Man, who was badly injured in a suicide bombing in Afghanistan, is on the road to recovery.
Martin Peters, 23, suffered shrapnel wounds and a broken leg when he was targeted by a suicide bomber in Helmand province three weeks ago.
He was treated in Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham and has now returned to his home in Douglas.
His father Derek said he should be returning to duty in September.
He said the support local people had shown him, his wife Karen and their son Martin had been "phenomenal".
He added: "The Manx people and public have been so so supportive, every single person we have seen has come up to me and Karen and even Martin now he's home and asked how he's doing and whether they can be of any help.
"The support is phenomenal, you can see on Martin's face and on Karen's face that they have chilled out a bit more because they know they have people looking out for them."
