What's next for England?
England and Scotland played their final Group D games on Tuesday night.
England beat the Czech Republic 1-0 at Wembley to secure top position in the group with seven points.
In order to join them in next round, Scotland needed to win their game against Croatia - and hope that there was a clear winner out of England and Czech Republic.
However, their 3-1 defeat to Croatia at Hampden Park meant they finished their Euro 2020 campaign at the bottom of the group with a solitary point.
England now face a potentially tough last-16 clash with the runners-up in Group F (France, Portugal, Germany or Hungary).
They'll be back in action at 5pm on Tuesday 29 June.
Who are Wales playing in the knockouts?
Wales are through to the Round of 16 after finishing second in their group behind Italy.
They lost 1-0 against the Italians on Sunday in Rome but had enough points to qualify ahead of Switzerland and Turkey.
Wales will face the runners-up from Group B, Denmark, in the Round of 16 on Saturday 26 June at 5pm.
Italy will face the runners-up in Group C, Austria, on the same day at 8pm.
