As part of Barbie's 65th anniversary celebrations, a set of new dolls are being released of nine famous athletes from around the world.

This includes Australian footballer Mary Fowler, who plays for Manchester City in the WSL.

Mattel, who make Barbie, say the dolls highlight female sports stars who have broken boundaries in their field.

Reflecting on the role of sport in her life, the Man City striker said: 鈥淪port has been important to me in terms of creating my sense of self. I think it has definitely shaped me into the person I am today."
