Q7. How do you deal with critics?

In future I would would take the advice and not read bad reviews as you can take them personally, especially if you've invested a lot in the work.

Q8. Why do you think the film making industry seems male dominated?

I don't know why it's male dominated... but certainly through the short film environment I have come through I've never found it a disadvantage to be female in all this.

Watch 'Mirror' by the Russian director Tarkovsky, it's very unusual… and it allows space for thought.
