John Anderson is probably best known as the referee in TV show Gladiators, but he's mainly a top athletics coach. He's coached athletes for the Commonwealth Games, European Championships, World Championships and Olympic Games. John met the boys in Corby to run through three disciplines - This is the first part of their work with John. First up the hurdles - and not only did they have one of the country's top coaches giving them his expertise, they also had William Sharman; one of the country's best 110 hurdlers. So rather than messing around, they took it really seriously... to begin with at least!
