The Story

After taking a shine to his father's new coat Jim borrowed it and headed off to church on this chilly winters morning in 1948. However, it would soon become clear that he was not the only one who had taken a shine to the new jacket...

Comment: Jim,recognized your voice has soon as it came on the radio.Great story wonderfully told.The photos were great too,a pity the 39th were not as good a band as the 34th.! !!!!! Yvonne and I send our love to you and Audrey
