Liz McClure
In between living the life of a researcher and living in the sticks (Ballymoney!), I have spent many chunks of my 29 years writing songs and poetry about life, love and happiness in the hope that one day I'll work it all out! My father's poetry has inspired me all through my life and should I ever have the same effect on even one person, life would be a little lovelier.

Subliminally Yours by

|
You float in the corners of my mind
ever quiet
ever watchful.
Pulling softly on my cobwebs of time
waiting for release
waiting just to be.
You make me ache.
You appear out of nothing and nowhere
into my thoughts
my dreams.
Like a scent lingering in a long forgotten room
so am I
taunted by your absence…
