Northern Ireland Electricity has told a County Derry pensioner it'll cost him nearly 拢70,000 to get electricity installed in his home. John McCarter, who is 74 years old, has lived without electricity, or central heating, on the Seacoast Road in Downhill for 27 years. He spoke to Michael O'Donnell.
