Snow and ice disrupted transport, but it also brought children, big and small, out to parks across the north west. Snowmen populated the estates, and sledges (or indeed coalbags) were pressed into service. Taking her chances on the slippery slopes, among a general air of giddiness, was Radio Foyle newsreader, Jenny Witt.
