Due to exposure in the media and the development of warm flexable
and affordable wetsuits surfing has exploded in popularity in
Ireland much to the annoyance of the old guard who had it too
good for too long, Try surfing Jersey in the summer with 700-1000
people in the water on one five mile beach then you know what
a crowd is boys!
