1.听听 The competitions are open to all residents of the UK (including the Channel Islands) except 大象传媒 employees, their close relatives and anyone connected with the competition.

2.听 Competitions will be run during 大象传媒 Radio York programmes. Entry to the competitions is as specified by the Presenter and may include phone text and email. Opening and closing times for the competition will be given during the programmes. Entries must not be made outside those times as they will not count.

3.听 All entrants must supply their name, location and telephone number.

4.听 Winners will either be selected at random from all correct entries received by the closing date and time or, where applicable, be selected by judges. The judges of any competition will be as stated. The 大象传媒鈥檚 decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Minimum age limits may vary depending on the nature of the competition. If you are eligible to enter and if you are under the age of 12 you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before you enter.

6.听 The prize will be announced on the programme. It will be as stated. There is no cash alternative and it is not transferable.

7.听 Each winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail. Their name and area of residence may be announced on the programme.

8 Whilst every effort will be made to deliver the prize, certain items may only be collected from the 大象传媒 offices or other specified locations. It will be the responsibility of the winner to collect the prize, during office hours.

9.听 Unless otherwise stated only one entry is permitted per entrant.

10. The producers do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet or postal service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

11. Players must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

12. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this quiz. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13.听 The 大象传媒's decision as to the winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

14. The 大象传媒 reserves the right to cancel or vary a competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise beyond its control.

15. If a winner is unable to be contacted the 大象传媒 reserves the right to either offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future 大象传媒 competition.

16. Entrants must agree to take part in any post-competition publicity if requested to do so, however The 大象传媒 will only ever use personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without听 permission.
