´óÏó´«Ã½ Worldwide Sales and Distribution, Americas today confirmed a new three-year output deal with free to air channel, Globo, just two weeks after ´óÏó´«Ã½ Showcase Latin America 2009.
The new first-look agreement sees Brazil's largest broadcaster commit to acquiring a range of programming from ´óÏó´«Ã½ Worldwide's exceptional 50,000 hour catalog, until 2012.

It follows ´óÏó´«Ã½ Worldwide's first three-year output deal with the broadcaster, which was signed in 2006. Breathtaking natural history titles - Yellowstone and South Pacific, lifestyle title - Louis and Michael, and programs from the world's longest running investigative TV show - Panorama, were included in the first deal.

Held in Rio de Janeiro, ´óÏó´«Ã½ Showcase Latin America is Latin America's only television market hosted by a single distributor. ÌýThis year was the 6th anniversary of the annual event.
