´óÏó´«Ã½ Worldwide today announced that Neil Chugani will step down as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect, following his decision to join Shine Group, the independent production company. Philip Vincent, currently Deputy CFO at ´óÏó´«Ã½ Worldwide, will become acting Chief Financial Officer.
Chugani, who will become CFO at Shine, joined ´óÏó´«Ã½ Worldwide in his current role in 2007. Since then he has led a comprehensive transformation of the finance function and its role within the business, as well as a range of corporate activity including the successful acquisition of 2 entertain from the administrators of Woolworths.
Philip Vincent joined ´óÏó´«Ã½ Worldwide in 2000, having joined the ´óÏó´«Ã½ in 1998, and was appointed Deputy CFO earlier this year. His previous positions at ´óÏó´«Ã½ Worldwide included Group Finance Director, Broadcast and Digital and Finance Director of Channels.
John Smith, Chief Executive of ´óÏó´«Ã½ Worldwide, said: "Neil has been an important member of the senior team at ´óÏó´«Ã½ Worldwide. Neil Chugani, outgoing CFO of ´óÏó´«Ã½ Worldwide, said: "I leave ´óÏó´«Ã½ Worldwide with huge respect for what the company does, and the success it has achieved and look forward to continuing my relationship with both the ´óÏó´«Ã½ and ´óÏó´«Ã½ Worldwide in my new role."
