大象传媒 Worldwide selects preferred partner for 大象传媒 Magazines
大象传媒 Worldwide, the commercial arm of the 大象传媒, today announces that it has selected Exponent Private Equity (鈥淓xponent鈥) as its preferred strategic partner for 大象传媒 Magazines.聽
This follows a competitive tender process started in 2010.聽 大象传媒 Worldwide鈥檚 decision to move to exclusivity with Exponent has been approved by the 大象传媒 Trust.聽
Discussions will continue with Exponent, with a view to completing an agreement this summer, which would be subject to the final approval of the 大象传媒 Trust.聽
