olive magazine devotes August issue to reader-generated content

olive magazine has produced its second readers' special edition. The August issue of the popular food title, on sale now, was shaped and produced with the help of its readers. This includes:

  • Reader recipes triple-tested by the olive food team, with the best six selected for publication
  • Great-value restaurants around the UK, including Aberdeen, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds and London, selected by readers
  • Readers' guides to the best places to eat in Edinburgh and Brussels
  • Readers' best cookery courses and readers' favourite cookery books

According to Christine Hayes, editor of olive magazine: "Reader input is really key to olive, so devoting an issue to readers’ recipes, restaurant recommendations and food-focussed travel is a way to showcase their talent and give them the credit they deserve."

In the most recent magazine ABCs, olive magazine delivered a record circulation of 96,034, up 3% year on year, showing a continued ability to connect with readers. The August issue of olive is on sale now, priced at £3.50.
