New presenters for The Saturday Show "go pop" this
September
Fearne
Cotton and Simon Grant are the new presenters of The
Saturday Show.
Making
their debut on 21 September, it will also mark the start of a special
edition of Top Of The Pops exclusive from Star Bar at Television
Centre - Top Of The Pops On Saturday.

Saturday Show has made great strides in the last year," comments

two fresh new faces and a special edition of Top Of The Pops joining
the line up every Saturday morning starting this Autumn, it reinforces

for kids at the weekend."
Fearne
(20) is already a well-known and popular face with C大象传媒 viewers.
Not
only does she present C大象传媒 during the week, but she is also one
of the presenters of the C大象传媒 Channel's Sunday morning show, Smile,
as well as C大象传媒's factual series, Eureka TV, and new for this Autumn,
Call The Shots.
Fearne
says: "Presenting Saturday mornings has been a dream for a
long time. And one day in September I am going to wake up very early
and it will be a reality. I can't wait."
Simon
(24) is a complete newcomer to television.
A graduate
in acting from Middlesex University, Simon worked abroad as a holiday
rep for over two years before returning to London.
"I
grew up with Saturday morning television and now I am going to be
one of the first faces that kids see when they turn their television
on," says Simon.
"That
might be a daunting thought for some people but I can't wait to
get started."
Top
Of The Pops On Saturday is a special edition of the famous music
show - produced specifically for The Saturday Show audience.
Presented
live every Saturday morning, it will package selected performances
from the night before together with new footage, interviews and
behind-the-scenes with live performances from other guests bands
on The Saturday Show.
Chris
Cowey, Executive Producer, TOTP, adds: "The Saturday Show edition
of Top Of The Pops is another natural extension to the current Top
Of The Pops brand and it's an excitnig opportunity to build on Top
Of The Pops' successful reputation.
