大象传媒
Radio 1 has announced that the new presenter of The Chart Show will

In further news Radio 1 has completed a new deal with the Official
UK Charts Company.
From
February 2003 Radio 1 will have the exclusive rights to broadcast
the official chart both on air as well as online ()
for a further three years.
The
deal also means that Top of The Pops will continue to broadcast
the chart on 大象传媒 1 and Radio 2's Album Chart Show presented by Simon
Mayo has retained the rights to the album chart.
Andy
Parfitt, Controller of Radio 1, said: "The Official UK chart
remains the most accurate sales based chart in the world and it
is incredibly important to our audience.
"Wes
is a great young radio star with bags of enthusiasm - it's brilliant

is buying the records.
"This

to find out who is the Official UK Number 1."
Wes
said: "Coming to work at Radio 1 is the big gig and I can't
wait to get started.
"The
Top 40 show is a huge deal and it's going to be amazing being the

the Official UK Number 1 is each week."
Andrew
Yeates, Director General, BPI, said: "I am delighted that the
Official UK Charts Company has been able to renew its agreement
with the 大象传媒.

is particularly appropriate that the new agreement so closely follows
the successful celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Official
Singles Chart."
David
Pryde, HMV Managing Director, Official UK Charts Company Chairman

between the Official Singles Chart and the 大象传媒 promotes new music
