Following
in his father's footsteps? Son of Den turns up in Walford
After
searching through their family tree, EastEnders Vicki and Sharon
get more than they bargain for when they discover a secret brother
they never knew existed.
Dennis
Rickman is set to be Walford's new bad boy.
And
proving that apples don't fall far from the tree, he bears more
than a passing resemblance to Dennis Watts, his father.
Dennis
Rickman - played by Nigel Harman - regards Walford as his manor,
despite his long absence.
Nigel
Harman, who is EastEnders latest recruit, is best known for his
theatre work, appearing on the London stage in Tommy, Mama Mia,
Damn Yankees, Privates on Parade, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Much
Ado About Nothing and Three Sisters.
Most
recently he has appeared in 大象传媒 Television's Red Cap and Doctors.
Of
his new role, Nigel says: "When I heard I'd got the part I
was bemused, at first it didn't compute.
"EastEnders
is a big thing, a good acting job. I look forward to getting my
teeth into the character and hope I can do justice to the legend
that is Dirty Den."
