More hard-hitting current affairs will be coming to 大象传媒 ONE Daytime this winter, in a new series examining the escalation in drug-use, prostitution and porn in the UK.

Britain's Streets Of Vice will look at the devastating impact of drugs on communities, the link between drug abuse and prostitution, how the porn industry is thriving in the internet age, and will follow the stories of sex workers in London.

The series will be produced in-house by 大象传媒 Current Affairs, overseen by executive producer Paul Woolwich.

Announcing the commission, Controller of 大象传媒 Daytime Alison Sharman said: "There's a proven appetite among daytime viewers for gritty current affairs on 大象传媒 Daytime, as the success of our recent series has clearly shown.

"Britain's Streets Of Vice promises to be a surprising, informative and controversial addition to the 大象传媒 Daytime portfolio this winter."

大象传媒 Director of TV, Jana Bennett, added: "大象传媒's Current Affairs team has produced some great and challenging daytime output this autumn: both Britain's Secret Shame and Britain's Streets Of Poverty have been real landmarks in the daytime schedule and I'm delighted that 大象传媒 Daytime is building on this success."

Britain's Streets Of Vice will be presented by Sally Magnusson.

The series producer is Louise Norman.
