Veteran comedian and broadcaster
Cyril Fletcher, who appeared on many 大象传媒 radio and television programmes
including 大象传媒 ONE's That's Life, has died.
听
Former That's Life presenter Esther Rantzen paid tribute: "He
will be tremendously and fondly remembered by the millions who enjoyed
his odes and wit on That's Life.
听
"He was an established and much loved figure when he joined us
and we were very lucky to have the pleasure of his company both professionally
and personally."
听
A 大象传媒 spokesperson said: "Cyril Fletcher appeared on 大象传媒 Television
from its earliest days at Alexandra Palace in the 1930s and made countless
大象传媒 radio and television appearances.
听
"He will be best remembered by many with great fondness for his
weekly contribution from the armchair on That's Life. Our thoughts are
with his family."
