There has been a large increase in the number of listeners tuning to
大象传媒 Radio Northampton each week, according to the latest
official figures released today by Radio Joint Audience Research
(RAJAR).
听
The figures show that 97,000 people in Northamptonshire
listen to Radio Northampton each week - that's an extra 11,000 listeners
since March 2004.
听
The station's share of all radio listening hours in
its catchment area has also increased from 11.9 per cent to 13.8% during the same period.
听
Laura Moss, Editor, Radio Northampton, says: "This
is fantastic news and a good indication that our listeners like the
new programme schedule. The new breakfast sequence is proving to be
very popular, with Bernie Keith keeping the county
amused and thoroughly entertained each weekday morning.

"I'm really pleased for the Radio Northampton team;
it's a cracking achievement and is testament to the hard work that everyone
has put in."
