On the eve of this year's Wimbledon Championships, two times singles champion Serena Williams joins Jonathan Ross on 大象传媒 ONE tonight.

"I don't keep up with the rankings," says Serena. "If I'm not number one I think whatever . I think I'm the best . [now] I have the chance of proving it again."

She also talks about her family - "We're insanely close"; and competing with her sister Venus - "I tried to poison her Frosties a few times!"

She says about men: "A lot of guys are intimidated, you just have to be patient and look for the right person, I love to laugh and I'm really not serious . on the court I'm very intense, but I'm crazy, in a good way."

About playing John McEnroe: "I want to wait until he's really old, make him run"; and about Tim Henman's prospects for Wimbledon - "I always root for Tim, he's the nicest guy ever, I'd love to see him win. It's so much pressure, everyone should stop talking about him."

Jonathan also welcomes to the show Golden Globe actor Ian McShane, about to reprise his in Sky One's Deadwood.

He talks about the enduring appeal of 大象传媒 Television drama Lovejoy: "Everyone thinks they've got something in the attic . I hate antiques."

He also reveals he might return in Lovejoy the movie: "A lot of the books we never did. It would be nice to do."

Completing this week's line-up are 大象传媒 ONE Murphy's Law star James Nesbitt and music from Turin Brakes.
