大象传媒 TWO Scotland, Wednesday, 17 August: Austria vs. Scotland (kick-off at 7.30pm)

大象传媒 Scotland bring more live international action as a new season gets into full swing, broadcasting all the action as it happens on both TV and radio from the Arnold Schwarzenegger Stadion in Graz.

Walter Smith's fourth game in charge takes place just a few weeks before the crunch World Cup qualifier against Italy in early September.

The Austrian friendly is the first of three live international games covered on 大象传媒 Scotland by the regular team of Dougie Donnelly, Paul Mitchell and Gordon Smith, with the World Cup qualifiers against Norway on Wednesday 7 September and the final group match against Slovenia on Wednesday 12 October also lined up.

That live coverage will continue throughout the season with CIS Insurance, Tennents Scottish Cup and UEFA Cup games completing the football offering.

In addition to the live coverage, Stuart Cosgrove and David Currie will present a weekly revamped Sportscene Results programme.

Stuart will be joined by a range of guests to review and discuss the week's burning issues, while David will provide a full results service.

As well as fronting the live football coverage, Dougie Donnelly will also present a range of other sports output throughout the year, including cricket, shinty, bowls and curling, while next month Dougie Vipond will front an exciting new 12-part series showcasing outdoor, extreme and adventure sports as well as Scotland's landscape and lifestyle programme, The Adventure Show.

David Harron, Editor, TV Sport at 大象传媒 Scotland said: "The Adventure Show is a hugely exciting project which allows us to showcase what is a burgeoning sector in Scotland, as well as the country's stunning landscape.

"Added to our football and other sports programmes it provides something for all our many sports fans."
