I'm looking for love, Will Young tells Jonathan Ross
Friday Night With Jonathan Ross - 9 December 2005 at 10.35 pm on 大象传媒 ONE (repeated Sunday, 大象传媒 THREE)
听
Will Young reveals that he's looking for a new relationship when he talks to Jonathan Ross this week.
听
Young, who also performs an acoustic version of Who Am I from his new album, Keep On, tells Jonathan: "I'm open to it [a relationship]. I had a sad realisation that work seems to have taken over my life - it's an excuse not to commit to a relationship.
听
"I do miss it; it would be nice, especially coming up to Christmas. I need to have a life as much as a job."
听
He also talks about his new acting career: "It was a risk but you have to take risks to evolve. I had to audition eight times (for Mrs. Henderson Presents.). I'd like to continue doing English independent films, work with Mike Leigh."
听
He chats about being mistaken for a woman: "Once my car got clamped... I rang up and asked them to take it off. They were calling me madam, saying we'll be two hours. So I said I'm a woman in distress, and they were there in half an hour!" |

Jonathan also welcomes to the show King Kong star Jack Black, who talks about his role in this season's biggest blockbuster.
听
"It feels like I'm in a historical event, not a movie. I lost weight by accident - there's a lot of running away from monsters."
听
He prepared by "running around at night so no one would see me. I might retire right here on the top of my game.
听
"The first week I was terrified I was going to get fired [but] Naomi Watts put me at ease."
听
The show also includes Jools Holland and there's more live performance in the studio from Paul Weller, with his new single, Here's the Good News.
