Today presenter Anita Anand starts her search for a 大象传媒 Radio Five Live comedian to provide the nation with an alternative look at this summer's World Cup.

As the tournament unfolds, the Five Live comedian will keep an eye on events from the UK.
听
Then, each week on Anita Anand's show, they will share their thoughts on proceedings, looking at the highs and lows of not just England's performance, but across the whole tournament.
听
To audition, listeners must put together a very short routine on the forthcoming World Cup and leave the routine along with their contact details on Five Live's phone line between 8 and 17 May.
听
Six finalists will then be selected and asked to perform on Anita's show between 22 and 24 May and listeners will be asked to vote for their favourite.
听
The winner will be announced on 25 May on Anita's show.
听
Further information on the competition is available on bbc.co.uk/fivelive from today. And there will be an opportunity from 22 May to listen again to the finalists on the website.
