The 大象传媒 has issued a press statement about the Licensing Law and certain audience shows.

It reads: "A new law came into force recently which highlighted the requirement for places of public entertainment to be licensed. The 大象传媒 always seeks to operate fully within the law.
听
"Contrary to licencing
authority advice originally received, it now appears that the 大象传媒 needs a
licence for certain audience shows. We are in the process of obtaining this.
听
"While we do so, the majority of 大象传媒 programmes will be entirely unaffected but
we may need to make some changes to a few studio shows involving audiences."
