1Xtra announces exclusive Lemar live gig

Lemar is to play an exclusive live gig at Maida Vale for 1Xtra 大象传媒.
听
1Xtra will be broadcasting Lemar's set in a special one-hour programme on
Saturday 14 October 2006 at 7.00pm.
听
Tracks from the session will also be
featured by Trevor Nelson in his 大象传媒 Radio 1 show earlier in the day.
听
On Monday 16 October, digital TV viewers will be able to press the red button
for exclusive behind the scenes footage from the gig, with a Lemar interview,
backstage gossip, as well as the show itself.
听
Lemar will be performing tracks from his recently released album The Truth About
Love.
听
One hundred lucky 1Xtra and Radio 1 competition winners will see the show through a series of giveaways being run on both
stations.
听
Laura Lukanz, Head Of Music 1Xtra, said: "We're really excited that we're able to
give Lemar fans from 1Xtra and Radio 1 a chance to catch Lemar in what promises
to be a very special live show."

Lemar added: "I'm really looking forward to playing this intimate show for 1Xtra
