Jana said: "We need to underpin the Vision Group with an operational area which helps lead, manage and support the business. They are central to making Vision happen, and key to keeping us ahead of the market.

"Bal Samra has got a real track record in making things happen. I'm so pleased he's taking up the leadership of Vision Operations, as well as Rights and Business Affairs on behalf of the whole 大象传媒."

Keith Scholey will have a factual overview at Vision Studios, the newly formed 4,000-strong integrated multi-media production studios which brings together the Drama, Entertainment and Children's, Factual and Learning and Network Production from the Nations.

He will be Chief Creative Officer Peter Salmon's deputy.

Peter Salmon said: "Keith is a wonderfully talented professional with an influential record in factual film-making.
