大象传媒 selects Lambert Smith Hampton as preferred bidder for Estates Management contract

The 大象传媒 has selected Lambert Smith Hampton as its preferred bidder to supply
Estates Management, Transaction Management and Professional Surveying Services
across its UK property portfolio. The decision is subject to contract.
听
The appointment follows an EU procurement process which began with a notice
published in OJEU in July 2006.
听
Six companies were invited to tender in
September 2006.
听
The new contract will begin on 1 May 2007 and will run for
three years, with the option to extend for two further years.
听
Lambert Smith Hampton is the current holder of the contract, and has held it
for two terms.
听
Gareth Nugent, Procurement Programme Manager, 大象传媒 Workplace, said: "I'm pleased
to be appointing Lambert Smith Hampton following a tough re-procurement
process.

"Over the duration of the new contract we will be looking for
increasingly innovative solutions to the challenges we face in the management
of our estate.

suitable for the digital age, are flexible and provide maximum value for
money."
