大象传媒 Sport to broadcast Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson's last ever race at Paralympic World Cup


大象传媒 Sport will broadcast Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson's last ever competitive race in its coverage of the Visa Paralympic World Cup on 13 May at the Manchester Regional Arena, Sportcity.

Steve Cram will host a two-hour programme featuring live athletics, including the T53 200m which Dame Tanni will compete in, as well as highlights from the week's swimming, wheelchair basketball and track cycling competitions.

The programme will air on Sunday 13 May from 3.45pm on 大象传媒 Two.

Steve will be joined by expert analysts Colin Jackson, former Paralympic swimmer Marc Woods and former Paralympic basketball player Ade Adepitan.

Live commentary of the athletics will be provided by Paul Dickenson and Stuart Storey.

The Paralympic World Cup showcases the very best disabled athletes from across the world. Also competing in Manchester in the 400m is South African double amputee, sprint sensation Oscar Pistorius.

大象传媒 Two's coverage and additional highlights will be simulcast on bbc.co.uk/disabilitysport. The website will also carry regularly updated reports, results and reaction throughout the weekend from Manchester.

Radio listeners will be able to tune into 大象传媒 Radio Five Live for reports on key events.
