Ìý

The figures are from Rajar (Radio Joint Audience Research Ltd), an independent survey system which tracks radio listening for both ´óÏó´«Ã½ and commercial stations. The period measured was from 26 March to 24 June 2007.

Rajar's figures also reveal that almost one in five (19.2%) of the adult population within the Radio Bristol transmission area listen to the station each week, for an average of 14 hours per week.

Tim Pemberton, Managing Editor of ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Bristol, says: "I'm really pleased that the station changes are beginning to have a positive impact. Not only are we attracting thousands of new listeners, they are staying with us for longer.
