大象传媒 Hereford & Worcester announces new look line-up
|
大象传媒 Hereford & Worcester is pleased to announce its new look presenter line-up, which takes effect from Monday 14 January.
听
Popular presenters Tony Fisher and Katie Johnson are swapping roles, meaning Tony takes over the 9am to noon morning show, while Katie moves in the other direction, following on from Tony's slot at noon through to 4pm.
听
It's a return to familiar ground for Katie, who presented the afternoon show before moving to the morning show in 2004. Katie also begins presenting the Saturday breakfast show, following Nathan Turvey's recent move to 大象传媒 Leeds.

James Coghill, Managing Editor of 大象传媒 Hereford & Worcester, explains the new line-up:
听
"The station is developing a more modern, contemporary feel, and we're always looking to refresh our output.
听
"Tony's style perfectly suits the important 9am to noon slot. He's shown on the afternoon show that he's funny, he loves the two counties, he loves getting involved in our local communities and he loves the music which our listeners love.
听
"Katie has done a brilliant job on the morning show and is one of our most popular presenters. I'm delighted that in addition to entertaining listeners during the afternoon with a mix of celebrity interviews, music and popular culture, she'll also be getting the weekend off to a great start with her new Saturday breakfast show."
