International success for 大象传媒 Scotland's Black Watch documentary

大象传媒 Scotland has gained international recognition for a documentary which went behind the scenes of the acclaimed play about solders serving in Iraq, Black Watch.

Directed and produced by Iain Scollay, the 60-minute film, Black Watch: A Soldier's Story, won the International category in the Prix Circom Regional Programme Awards event.
听
The awards are regarded as the most prestigious in Europe for regional production and broadcasting and this year attracted 157 entries from 23 different European countries.
听
Circom Regional is an organisation of almost 300 public service broadcasting stations in the regions of Europe and across 38 states.
听

The documentary was screened on 大象传媒 Two Scotland before the channel transmitted a performance of the play before a live audience in Dingwall.
