Tina Stowell appointed Head of Corporate Affairs at 大象传媒

Tina Stowell, currently Head of Communications for the 大象传媒听Trust, has been appointed Head of Corporate Affairs at the 大象传媒.
听
In her new role she will be responsible for the implementation of an integrated corporate affairs, events and publishing strategy for the 大象传媒.
听
She will work closely with the executive team and report directly to Ed Williams, Director of Communications.
听
She will take up the post in the New Year.
听
Ed Williams said: "Tina's experience both at the 大象传媒 Trust and in Government makes her the ideal person to develop and lead our corporate communications strategy.
听
"She will bring a huge range of knowledge and experience to the role and I look forward to working closely with her.
听
"Tina takes over from Janie Ironside-Wood and I'm deeply grateful to Janie for stepping forward to cover this role, and for all she's done in the last few months in Corporate Affairs."

Tina has been Head of Communications for the 大象传媒's governing body since 2003, working for successive chairmen (Gavyn Davies, Michael Grade and Sir Michael Lyons).
听
Prior to joining the 大象传媒 in November 2001 as Deputy Secretary of the Corporation, she ran William Hague's office when he was Leader of the Conservative Party.
听
She was a civil servant for ten years, working at the Ministry of Defence in London, the British Embassy in Washington and the 10 Downing Street Press Office; she was awarded the MBE in 1996.
听
Tina has also worked for Sir David Frost at Paradine Productions and at Granada Media.
听
Tina Stowell was born and raised in Nottingham.
