Jonathan Ross welcomes Jamie Oliver to his Friday night show
This week Jonathan Ross welcomes Jamie Oliver to his 大象传媒 One show, Friday Night With Jonathan Ross.
听
Talking about the nation's health, Jamie says: "It's going to be a horror show...the health system is crumbling, and when it's gone we'll be so sad because we're breaking it.
听
"The last time our government did something radical about health was the Ministry of Food."
听
On school dinners, he adds: "It'll be nine years before we get a service across the board, we're on track, we need more money for kitchens for every school...we've got a government that's talking about it a lot, I want to know who's running it so they can do a good job."
听
He also talks about turning down an invitation to join the Government: "I've been asked to join government quangos [but] my job is to stay out of politics and be a constant pain in the a**e."
听
Finally, on becoming a father again, he says: "I don't know what sex it is, Jools has names but she won't tell anyone because she thinks people will rip her off.
听
"People say I keep talking about having a boy. If I had a choice it would be a boy but I'm happy so long as it's healthy." 听
Jonathan also talks to transatlantic Little Britain stars David Walliams and Matt Lucas, Brit-flick comedy star Simon Pegg and there's music from Keane.
