Radio 2 presents Sharon And Ozzy Osbourne's Line Of Enquiry for Bank Holiday Monday

As part of ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio 2's Bank Holiday Weekend schedule, Kate Thornton presents Sharon And Ozzy Osbourne's Line Of Enquiry, an exclusive and revealing interview with one of showbusiness's most formidable couples – Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne.

In the two-hour special, which will broadcast on Monday 4 May at 4.00pm, Ozzy talks about his drug and alcohol abuse during the filming of their hit TV show The Osbournes and discusses his relationship with his "hero", Sir Paul McCartney.

The couple speak candidly about their physical relationship during Sharon's recent illness and Ozzy's fear of Sharon dying by his side as he slept.

In this programme, where Kate, the Radio 2 listeners and some of the network's presenters are given the opportunity to ask them questions, the couple also reveal an eclectic and surprising selection of their favourite music, which includes In The Air Tonight by Phil Collins, Paul Young's Every Time You Go Away and Karma Chameleon by Culture Club.

Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne are the latest celebrities to be featured in the Line Of Enquiry series, which has previously offered Radio 2's audience the chance to ask questions and choose music for David Beckham and Noel Gallagher.

The series is part of the network's rich and successful history for producing award-winning specials, including Sony Award-winning documentaries such as Malcolm McLaren's Life And Times In LA (Best Feature – 2008) and The Radio Ballads (Best Feature – 2007).
