´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Ulster remains the number one listened to radio station in Northern Ireland with an average weekly audience of 498,000 listeners tuning in each week, according to the latest RAJAR figures for Quarter Four, 2009.
The five highest performing Radio Ulster programmes during the quarter, according to average weekly reach, are:
These latest Rajar figures show a drop of 19,000 listeners to the station year-on-year (517,000 listeners in Q4 2008) and a drop of 56,000 listeners quarter-on-quarter (554,000 listeners in Q3 2009).
´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Foyle, meanwhile, has an average weekly audience of 28,000 listeners.
´óÏó´«Ã½ Northern Ireland does not comment on individual ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Ulster programmes that fall outside of the five highest performing programmes.
