Your chance to join Colin Murray and Jimmy Armfield
´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio 5 Live Sport will celebrate the eve of the new Premiership season and Blackpool's promotion to the top flight with a special edition of Kicking Off With Colin Murray (Friday 13 August, 7pm -10pm) broadcast live from Blackpool FC's home ground, Bloomfield Road.
Fans will be able to apply for tickets to join Colin Murray in the studio along with Pat Nevin, Perry Groves and England and Blackpool legend Jimmy Armfield. The team will host a fans' forum to discuss the significance of the 2010/11 season for Blackpool, who will be making their first ever Premiership appearance and their first in the top division for 39 years when they kick off against Wigan on Saturday (5 Live Sport, 14 August, 3pm).
Jimmy Armfield, who spent his entire Football League career with Blackpool, said: "It has been an exciting time for Blackpool because they have not played in the top flight since 1971. It is a giant step for the club and for the town."
Fans can apply for tickets by emailing fivelivesport@bbc.co.uk with their name, address including postcode, and telephone number, indicating how many tickets are required – up to a maximum of four. They must write "Blackpool" in the subject bar of the email. Tickets are free, but will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Fans can keep up to date with all the latest football news and views throughout the season with the 5 Live Football Daily podcast and the 5 Live Football Player, both available on bbc.co.uk/fivelive.
