In tonight's Strictly Come Dancing results show Peter Shilton was voted off, becoming the third celebrity to leave the competition.
The judges' scores left Peter and Michelle at the bottom of the leaderboard but the combination of the judges' scores and viewer votes meant Peter Shilton and partner Erin Boag were eliminated.
Of Peter and Erin's dance, the judges said:
Bruno Tonioli: "Oh Peter, what can I say… you looked like a penguin stuck in the mud! It couldn't quite get going. It's true, you've never done it before, and it's tough because it requires the timing to be spot on, it has to have energy… and it didn't really gel."
Craig Revel Horwood: "I'm glad you had a good time, because I couldn't wait for it to finish. The white gloves were a big mistake, it just magnified everything that was wrong with it."
Alesha Dixon: "You're so sweet. I really like the lifts however there was massive, massive timing issues. It's like your body doesn't have an understanding of what the Charleston is all about and it's such a shame really because I think last week was really positive and I feel you've gone a step backwards. It's like your body can't compute the dance."
Len Goodman: "I must say you really went to town with the outfit, I just wish you went more to town with the performance unfortunately Peter. You are more comfortable in hold. It was a hard dance, you coped very well, the lifts were good but it was not your finest hour."
After their elimination Peter said: "I've had a fantastic time, but I'm disappointed for Erin as I didn't dance as good as I could have. I'm going to miss the spirit amongst the competitors – it's been great. I won't miss the judges obviously! I've been taught by the best in the business."
The celebrities who also competed this week and escaped elimination were: Kara Tointon, Gavin Henson, Matt Baker, Patsy Kensit, Jimi Mistry, Felicity Kendal, Ann Widdecombe, Michelle Williams, Scott Maslen and Pamela Stephenson.
Tonight's show also saw a guest performance from Neil Diamond.
Couples danced either a Charleston or a Tango
All remaining couples will be dancing next week to either a Viennese Waltz or an Argentine Tango.
