Radio 5 Live seeks new travel reporters

´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio 5 Live is seeking new travel reporters when it moves to its new home at MediaCityUK in Salford.

The roles are a key part of 5 Live's on-air sound, broadcasting news of the roads and public transport to an average 6.5 million people a week across the UK.

Successful candidates will have an excellent radio voice and some experience of broadcasting. Shifts will vary from Breakfast (6-10am) through to Drive (4-7pm weekdays). There's also the opportunity for occasional weekend shifts.

To apply, candidates need to send up to three minutes of audio demonstrating a 5 Live travel report and examples of personality, warmth and a conversational style that fits the station's sound. Candidates should also list up to five facts as to why they feel they would be an ideal voice for 5 Live.
